At the initial consult, the problem will be discussed and treatment options given.

The consult fee is reduced if paid on the day of service. The patient will generally be referred for x-rays at a suitable time. At the second visit the x-rays will be discussed and photos and impressions taken if the patient is ready for treatment. If the patient is too young for treatment, they are reappointed 3 to 6 months later.

Orthodontic adjustments are performed locally, but braces are generally placed in Adelaide to allow for laboratory services (and shopping in Rundle Mall.)
